We are seeking an IT Business Analyst for a long term opportunity with our client in Columbia, SC.
**This is a hybrid position in Columbia SC. Only local candidates or those within a comfortable commuting distance to Columbia SC should apply.
*W2 long term contract, must have work status to be employed directly (Green Card, US Citizen, EAD). No C2C or third party candidates, please.
Description
• Primarily responsible for defining and documenting system business requirements.
• Work directly with clients to understand the individual needs of the business.
• Perform research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems and help to introduce these solutions to businesses and their clients.
• Whether it’s new functionality or enhancements to current system, or resolving a defect, team is responsible for translating that into requirements our developers can use to deliver the resolve.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or other job-related degree or additional years of job-related work experience
• 2 years of IT Business Analysis experience.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Azure Boards
• MS Visio experience preferred.
