About the Role
Onboard a seasoned BSA with the ability to assist in policy development and risk management. Finding someone with automation experience (Power Automate/Power BI) will aid in the creation of workflows and dashboards for improved reporting and tracking of security and risk metrics
Description
Defines customer needs in technical and business contexts. Ensure the proposed technical and business solutions meet the customer's objectives for the work effort. Provide guidance with planning and prioritization of business support-related activities.
Requirements
Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other job related field. or 4 years of job related work experience or 2 years of job related experience plus an associate’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or other job related degree. Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree-in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other job related field or 4 years of job related experience with government business and/or BCBS companies. Required Work Experience: 4 years of IT business analysis experience. Preferred Licenses and Certificates: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), HIPAA, LOMA. Required Software and Other Tools: Microsoft Office, PowerBI Preferred Software and Other Tools: Visio, MS Project or similar software, data mining using DB2, SQL, and/or other tools.
