About the Role
Seeking a Desktop Support Specialist for a Long Term Contract (Minimum 12 months) located in Charleston, SC. This will be an onsite position and will require some travel to Mt. Pleasant.
Description
Responsible for configuring, installing, and maintaining desktop software and hardware.
Provides technical support and guidance to users.
Provide 2nd level desktop support to internal customers whether it be deskside or over the phone.\
Respond to incident tickets where something no longer works that used to work as well as service requests involving installs, moves, adds, and changes to desktop hardware and software.
Responsible for asset management and security compliance of all desktop systems and print devices. Support for Citrix/RDP access for users.
Requirements
2 years of technical operations support experience No clearance though please hold off on sponsored candidates. Windows environment with Microsoft M365, IBM BigFix, Trellix, Cisco AnyConnect, ServiceNow.
