About the Role

We are seeking an IT Vendor and Contract Coordinator for a contract to hire role with our client in Columbia SC! If you have experience in vendor management and communicating with executive level management and are looking for a place to continue your career growth with one of the largest IT employers in SC, this may be the job for you!



This is a hybrid position in Columbia SC. Candidates must be local or within a comfortable commuting distance to the office and willing to work onsite three days a week for this role.



This position requires US Authorized Work Status (US Citizen, Green Card, EAD)

Description:

This position manages key vendor and contract activities, including requesting vendor registrations and assisting IT Payables with required documentation.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support renewal functions for critical IT vendor contracts, reviewing and analyzing reports for senior leadership, and collaborating closely with the Chief Negotiator, IS Negotiation team, and key vendors.
Maintain and update IT vendor databases to ensure accurate workflow and support department projects.

Requirements

Required Education/Work Experience:

Bachelor's Degree
4 years project coordination or other related work experience.
Vendor Management experience
Experience communicating with executive level management
Preferred skills: Service Now Experience, project management experience
