About the Role
THE CANDIDATE WILL PROVIDE FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL SERVICES RELATED TO THE DESIGN,
DEVELOPMENT, TESTING AND ON-GOING MAINTENANCE OF SAP SOFTWARE. THE MAJOR
COMPONENTS OF SAP INCLUDED ARE PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION, ORGANIZATIONAL
MANAGEMENT, TIME MANAGEMENT, PAYROLL MANAGEMENT, FIORI BASED PORTAL, FINANCE,
MATERIALS MANAGEMENT, SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT, SAP SUCCESSFACTORS
LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
Description
• THIS POSITION WILL BE PART OF THE TEAM RESPONSIBLE FOR DESIGNING, DEVELOPING, CODE, TEST AND IMPLEMENT ABAP PROGRAMS AND MODIFICATIONS IN THE HUMAN CAPITAL
MANAGEMENT (HCM) MODULES CREATE AND CONFIGURE ENTERPRISE STRUCTURE (PERSONNEL AREAS AND PERSONNEL SUB
AREAS) AND PERSONNEL STRUCTURE (EMPLOYEE GROUPS AND EMPLOYEE SUBGROUPS). LIAISE WITH THE FUNCTIONAL AND BUSINESS TEAMS TO DISCUSS, DESIGN AND BUILD
ROBUST/EFFICIENT SOLUTIONS PERFORMS DATA RETRIEVALS UTILIZING COMMON SAP DATA EXTRACTION TOOLS SUCH AS AD
HOC QUERY, REPORT PAINTER AND SAP TABLES
Requirements
BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN COMPUTER
SCIENCE OR INFORMATION MANAGEMENT OR A
RELATED TECHNICAL FIELD AND TWO YEARS
OF EXPERIENCE IN COMPUTER SYSTEM UNDERSTANDING OF SAP PORTAL
PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF
IMPORTANCE):
TECHNOLOGY FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE OF SAP
HCM, SUCCESS FACTORS. MAIL SERVICES IN SAP THROUGH
STANDARD API. GENERAL UNDERSTANDING OF THE
ACCOUNTING PROCESS KNOWLEDGE OF ENTERPRISE-LEVEL
APPLICATIONS INCLUDING ERP. 1 + YEAR OF SAP WORKFLOW
EXPERIENCE
DEVELOPMENT, MAINTENANCE AND
MODIFICATION OR 10 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE IN
COMPUTER APPLICATION SYSTEM
DEVELOPMENT AND MODIFICATION OR ANY
EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF EDUCATION,
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE 4 PLUS YEARS’ HCM FUNCTIONAL
EXPERIENCE USING SAP IN A PROFESSIONAL
ENVIRONMENT.
