We are seeking an Agile Product Owner for a Sr. IT Business Analyst position with our client in Columbia SC. Role is Fully Onsite and has the potential to move to partial onsite once fully trained. Authorized US Worker- No C2C , Direct hire W2 hourly contract.
Description
What you’ll do in this role:
As a Product Owner for this team, will be helping with release planning, working with developers and testers along with customers in our business units.
Defining customer needs in technical and business contexts. Ensure the proposed technical and business solutions meet the customers’ objectives for the work effort. Provide guidance with planning and prioritization of business analysis activities in support of large projects and support efforts.
Requirements
REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other job-related field or additional years of job related work experience
• 6 years of IT business analysis experience.
• Agile Product Owner with some type of Agile ALM like Agility or Jira, Defect management tools, Release Management tools, In depth knowledge of writing User Stories w/ Acceptance Criteria
PREFERRED:
Visio, SQL, Insomnia; Agile Certifications (e.g., CSPO, PMI-ACP); Experience with Secure Application Environments for understanding of authentication, authorization, and data privacy considerations.
