About the Role
Develop documentation for custom applications and packaged applications, using a variety of mediums as needed. Deliver training to a variety of audiences. Identify needed accesses and modifications for the training system environment. Create and deliver training and development programs to all levels of end-users and IT professionals. Code, test, and debug programs specifically for training. Work closely with both IT and the business to understand system and training needs for applications and packages supported. Participate in the training needs assessment process and vendor selection.

Requirements
Required Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree Computer Information Systems/Technology, Instructional Technology, Education, or other job related field OR 2 years of job related experience plus an associate’s degree.
Required Work Experience: 2 years Training experience, including IT course development and delivery, and 3 years IT technical experience with a Bachelors degree or equivalent, or 2 years Training experience, including IT course development and delivery and 1 year IT technical experience with a Masters degree.
Required Technologies: Technical and business training required. Microsoft products.
